Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts or seeds (such as walnuts, almonds, or chia seeds – optional)

Instructions:
