Raw Lunch Wraps Made Easy!

I don’t know about you, but I need food that is super easy for my on-the-go lifestyle!   As a mom of 3, and a business owner that keeps me hopping full time, I need easy-peasy fun & healthy meal & snack ideas.

Wraps are one of my favorite picks for this. The nut butter will last about one week in your refrigerator. These are healthy, fast and filling and my kids love them.

Nut Wrap Recipe:

For nut butter- combine all in food processor/blender or vitamix until smooth:

-one bag cashews
-juice of one lime
-one whole, lime, peeled

Add ingredients below on top of the nut mix and wrap in a beautiful lettuce wrap:

-sliced avocado
-sliced cucumber or carrots
-thinly sliced romaine lettuce
-pea shoots

Enjoy.
