Insomnia and Natural Ways to Improve It

Insomnia is common but there are effective, natural ways to help insomnia. Insomnia can be defined as a problem falling sleep, maintaining sleep, waking up early or poor quality of sleep despite adequate opportunity for sleep. This usually results in some form of daytime challenge or impairment such as sleepiness, low energy or poor concentration. Various studies worldwide have shown the prevalence of insomnia is 10%–30% of the population, with some studies even as high as 50%–60%!
